Founding Membership FAQ

 

How much does it cost & what is included? 

$20 reserves your Cove Founding Membership! I am limiting Founding Memberships to just 30 people!

 

By reserving your spot, you’re locking in our founding member rate of $189/month (regularly $210) for unlimited classes, open gym access, exclusive founding member swag, and more. Memberships will begin on our grand opening date (currently scheduled for August 22). Your $20 deposit will be applied to your first month, aka your first monthly payment will be $169. No contract. Cancel anytime. If you change your mind before we open, your deposit is fully refundable.

What times will classes be?
See the proposed schedule below. Open gym will be available during all non-class hours from 5am-9pm

 

What kind of equipment will The Cove have?
We’re building a premium training space designed for strength and conditioning. You’ll have access to dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, a rig with 6 barbell station, barbells, plates, bikes, rowers, boxes, medicine balls, bands, jump and more.

 

What are the workouts like?
Workouts at The Cove are primarily strength-based and intentionally programmed. 
We run 6-week training cycles where each day has a consistent focus (for example: Mondays = deadlift, Tuesdays = overhead press, Wednesdays = sprints + core). This allows you to track progress in our app and actually see your strength improve over time. Whether you’re brand new to weight training or an experienced athlete, you’ll be challenged appropriately. Smaller class sizes and high-level coaching mean you’ll always be met where you’re at.

How many people will be in each class?
Weekday classes will be capped at 12 people, weekend classes will be capped at 16. Open gym time is limited to 10 athletes at a time.

What makes The Cove unique? 

The community! Training at The Cove means working out together—you’ll feel the energy in every class, build real camaraderie, and be surrounded by people who push and support you. There are also events and planned socials, plus you can hang out pre or post-workout in the Cove Cafe!

Tell me more about the Cove Cafe…
Opening a gym with a cafe has been a dream of mine for years—and it’s finally happening! 
The Cove isn’t just a gym. It’s a space to hang out, work, and connect. The café and lounge will include indoor and outdoor seating, big tables, comfy couches, fast WiFi, and a rooftop deck. â€‹

Is The Cove only for women?
Not at all!! You may see mostly women working out on our socials since 
The Cove grew quickly within the local mom community, but our programming is designed for everyone! All genders and fitness levels are welcome.

 

One note, our 9:30am and 10:45am weekday classes tend to have more parents (and kids) due to the childcare offered. If you’re looking for a quieter, kid-free session, you may prefer other class times.

Wait—you have childcare?!
Yes! 
Childcare is available at the 9:30am and 10:45am classes, Monday–Friday, with 5 spots per class.

 

Can I start working out now?
Right now, the workout classes at my garage location are at full capacity. 
Once we transition into the new space (potentially as early as mid-June), we’ll open up a limited class schedule. If those times work for you, you’ll be able to start your membership early.

Are there showers?

Yes! We’ll have showers available so you can train and get on with your day.
